No plan? You self-host. Hagawebb does not host sites without an active care plan. When the free period ends, choose: renew and stay hosted, or take the site to self-host — you get a full code export and DNS instructions at no extra cost. Your domain is in your name from day one. No lock-in, no exit fees.

Pay-per-request for self-hosted clients: £25 / 30 EUR / 300 SEK per small revision · £50 / 60 EUR / 600 SEK per major change · larger projects quoted flat. Care plan clients always take priority.

SEO baseline

Done at launch for every client — regardless of package or plan. Table stakes, not a premium feature.

  • Google Business Profile claim / optimise (when applicable)

↳ Not included: ongoing SEO work, monthly keyword tracking, backlink outreach, Google Ads, multi-location SEO. Quoted as separate projects.

Delivery process

Six steps from agreement to live site. The delivery clock starts when content and domain access are in place.

    Agreement & invoice

    You confirm the quote. One-page agreement + invoice goes out. 30 days net, bank transfer.

  2. 02

    Content handoff

    Short questionnaire: hours, address, phone, menu/services, photos, brand colours. No content? Demo content kept and lightly customised.

  3. 03

    Domain handover

    You own a domain → DNS instructions. No domain → registered via Loopia (SE) / INWX (DE) / Namecheap (UK) at cost, always in your name.

  4. 04

    Build & deploy

    Delivery clock starts now. 1 / 2 / 3–4 weeks depending on package.

  5. 05

    Revisions

    2 rounds within 14 days post-launch. One revision round = a single batched edit email, typically up to ~5 changes.

  6. 06

    Handoff

    Email with live URL, summary of what was done, care period status, and next steps.

§ 0606

Payment & VAT

Clear and predictable. No interest, no card fees, no hidden surcharges.

Terms: 30 days net from invoice date. Payment by bank transfer; account details on the invoice. No cards, no PayPal — B2B clients pay from their business account.

Split payment: If you need to split, we offer 50% on agreement, 50% on delivery. No interest, no extra fees.

VAT:

  • UK: "Outside the scope of UK VAT. Customer to account for VAT under the reverse charge procedure."
  • SE: 25% VAT line added to the invoice.
  • DE: "Reverse charge — Article 196, Council Directive 2006/112/EC." A valid USt-IdNr. is required; without one, Swedish 25% VAT applies.

Refunds: No refunds once work has started (build) or the period has begun (care plan). For cancellations before content handoff: full refund minus a £40 / 50 EUR / 500 SEK admin fee. Care plans don't auto-renew — clients are notified 14 days before expiry.

§ 0707

Ownership & exit

Your site, your domain, your call. No lock-in.

The domain is in your name from day one — registered by you, or via Hagawebb at cost, always in your name.

Content (copy, photos, data) is yours from the moment it's submitted.

Site code is available as a full zip export on request. One export included per client; further exports £25 / 30 EUR / 300 SEK.

Offboarding: When you choose not to renew, you receive a written migration guide (DNS records, deployment notes) and follow-up answers within 14 days of export. No exit fee.

What Hagawebb retains: the right to reference the project in portfolio/marketing (unless opted out in writing at project start) and internal templates/patterns derived during the build. Never client branding, copy, photos, or business-specific content.

What we don't do

Stated up front to avoid scope creep mid-project.

  • E-commerce (Shopify, payment integrations, inventory)
  • CMS with client editing access (WordPress, Strapi)
  • Logo or brand identity design, printed material
  • Social media management, paid ad campaigns
  • Ongoing content writing (blog, newsletters)
  • Email hosting (Google Workspace, domain email setup)
